If a guest cancels: 48 hours cancellation policy prior to the tour for a full refund. Refund will be given by original payment method. This can take up to 7 days to process. Canceling less than 48 hours of the tour, we are happy to reschedule you for a later date. If the guest fails to cancel and does not show up on the day of the tour, it will be considered a “no show” and we cannot issue a refund at that time.

If tour guide unexpectedly has to cancel a tour: Guest will be issued a FULL refund
