How early do I need to book tickets?

Tickets are limited to a maximum of 10 people. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

Do you mail me tickets?

No. We employ an easy-to-use ticketless reservation system called Eventbrite. Your email confirmation is your tour ticket. This helps us to be kind to our environment. We like to conduct our business as green as possible. Either print out your confirmation to give to your tour guide or show your tour guide the confirmation on your smart phone.

What if I am running late?

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the tour starts. Tours start promptly 5 minutes after scheduled time. If you are running late, we ask that you call to alert us. No shows are treated as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.

Where will we be meeting?

Each meetup location is different and it will be designated on your Eventbrite ticket. If you need assistance navigating to the location please call 516-426-7015 or use HopStop- A free service to help you get around the city by foot, car, taxi or subway.

What do I need to wear?

We will be walking 1-3 hours. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriate for the weather.

Will we stop for lunch?

Lunch is included in the East Village, West Village, Greenwich Village, Coffee Tour, Ladies Shopping, and the Astor Place (day) tours. For our other tours we will stop for goodies along the way.
